Hello Dean, I am thinking of extending my house with a single story extension to the rear. My house is a end of terrace and was origianlly built in 2005 with a garage attached to the side that extends past the rear of the house by 2M and a single story bay to the rear that extends out by 1M. The bay would be removed to allow the extension to be built. I am aware that I can extend 3M out from the house without planning but the question I have is from which wall, the house, garage or bay?
